This review will do very little justice to the force that is Jane and her unbelievable ability to imagine and execute a wedding of your dreams, but I will attempt as best I can. Jane is thoughtful, organized, passionate and EXCELLENT at her job. It’s hard to capture it all in a review but I will provide a few insights to give you a sense of why Jane is amazing: • Jane will get it done – We chose our venue in late November of 2024 and our wedding date was August of 2025 – at no point during our planning did Jane let what might be considered a “crunched” timeframe be a factor in our planning. Jane will get everything done and will get everything done well. • Vendor searching / decision making – Jane will provide you 3-4 options that she has thoroughly researched, that fit your budget, and that match your design/style. Wedding planning is overwhelming, and Jane makes the process painless, manageable, and fun! • Budget – Jane is very respectful of your budget and your vision in context of your budget. Suggested ideas are reviewed carefully and she will realistically provide you options to achieve your goals but she is also not afraid to push back when needed. Jane is also fearless when comes to negotiating deals and discounts (scontos in Italian!). She will get you the absolute max possible out of your budget. • Italian / Language – for those seeking an Italian destination wedding – Jane is fluent in Italian – impossible to explain how beneficial this is • Communication – Jane is available for all questions, all asks and not just for you - for you, your significant other, your guests and all! Wedding planning results in a brain full of swirling ideas and Jane is always available to answer every thought. Jane is a FULL SERVICE wedding planner. We did not know what this meant until we worked with Jane. • Schedule / organization / preparation materials – Jane will provide you a detailed day-of schedule, she will provide you detailed budget information, she will help you map out the seating arrangement and put it all in one place, she will help you with invitations, she will store all your contracts in one place, she will create detailed canva presentations with event design, she will keep you on track for your payment to vendors etc. etc.. We both have full time jobs and Jane make planning a wedding amidst life’s busy-ness very easy (and again – fun!) • Enjoyment of the Day – this is the most important one. My husband and I had the best day of our lives. Jane was there for every moment. Two of Jane’s team were also there helping with all elements of the wedding including taking over as the late-night videographer when the photo/video team had gone for the day! Wedding days can be stressful (impossible to avoid given the culmination of planning and family!) but mine wasn’t. It was dreamy. I enjoyed every part. My husband and I were actively involved in planning with Jane, but she created a wedding weekend that we were truly able to enjoy. Jane Handles Weddings. I was confident and not stressed on my wedding day because Jane made it that way. She will achieve exactly what you want if you let her do what she does best. She also will be so excited for you and for your love story and for your day – that part is not learned it’s just her. Her love for her job is infectious and you can feel her positive energy and spirit in every interaction and most especially for your wedding weekend.
